Our authentic home-cooked food is prepared with the best organic produce on the island, using time-honoured recipes passed on with much love and care from generation to generation.
In the same spirit of sharing, we now offer our guests the opportunity to explore our cullinary heritage through a range of planned activities; from joining our quest for the finest, locally-sourced ingredients to lessons in the preparation and cooking of some of our local specialities.

Visit to a traditional oil press (November-January)
During winter, meals are served in the dining room, in the warmth of an open fire and the occasional accompaniment of a chorus and guitar players, while in summer evening meals are served in our courtyard beneath the light of the stars.
